Information about returns and cancellations

The laboratory mold test kit contains a culture growth medium that is very easily contaminated. We can only accept returns of orders under the following conditions.

1. The original outer shipping package must be unopened.

2. Delivery and return shipping chargers will not be refunded.

3. Only the cost of kits, return mailers and sales tax will be refund.

4. Returns must include a return authorization number (RA#) printed clearly on the label (1-800-373-7491) to obtain an RA#
